I live in Spain. It is common to take children with you everywhere. For walks, in cafes and restaurants, shopping centers, spa salons. Families with 3-4 children of different ages from infants up to 18 years old can be seen walking at 2 o'clock at night. And you can be sure that every second passenger will smile to your child, and every third will say something affectionate. They have society so arranged. Children are not disturbed.
