I am a programmer and I am a game developer. And about two years ago I had two interviews in one day:



At the first, I was asked as a test task to implement a small module for their game. Understanding how much it costs to implement a full-fledged module on the freelance market (not the first day in the market), I made a schematic sketch that perfectly showed my abilities and proved that I could. Not getting a full piece that they could get into their project, they (I was interviewed by two - a timlid and someone else, I never understood who) explained to me that I was foolish and asked to leave.



I went to the second interview. It went like this:

How much do you want?

and 80

Can you start tomorrow?



and all! I have been working there since then and everyone is happy.
