Moscow drug dealers convicted of unintentional murder

During the investigation it became clear that Tsarik and Danilov, whose business (printing on T-shirts) was on the verge of ruin, decided to make money from selling cocaine.

However, without the experience of selling drugs, they did not weaken cocaine, as it is accepted on the market, but stored it as a pure substance.

Police officers Sergey Chelidze and Nikita Kalugin did not suspect that they seized a pure substance from drug dealers, and Tsarik and Danilov did not dare to warn law enforcement officers about this.

As a result, both police officers received an overdose, from which Nikita Kalugin died, and Sergey Chelidze the doctors managed to save.

The court appreciated the drug dealers' deceit, Tsarik was sentenced to nine years in prison, and Danilov - seven.
