Seven months without marriage
Born seven months old. Until the ninth grade, he had regular colds and was weak and chilly, despite his mother’s constant suffocating care. In the ninth grade he sent his mother (mindfully) into the ass and went to the pool. In six months of swimming somehow unnoticed hardened and stopped getting a serious cold. From the tenth grade, he went to pull the iron. The frequency of colds was reduced to once every three years, the duration of illness - to a day. And overall health has changed very noticeably for the better. So to be born prematurely is half the trouble, but to live prematurely or normal - it depends on us.
