The Komsomolists pressed off oil from the people.
The Chechens pressed off oil from the Komsomol.
Now the people, for their oil, must pay 50 billion dollars to the Komsomol.
The result: the Komsomolers have 50 billion, the Chekists have oil, and the people have no money.
