The Vice President of Lokomotiva Yevgeny Meliyakov told the Moscow Komsomolce about the new lawn recently laid on the stadium in Cherkizovo.

"Traves from the suburbs. We did so for two reasons. The first, it is the main, is the grass grown in our conditions, more adapted to the Russian reality. The second is the cost. In Russia we bought grass much cheaper than, say, it costs in the Netherlands.
