To be honest, I am shocked that so many people consider beating to be the norm.
My parents never beat me. Growing up as a normal person, without false modesty, parents have something to be proud of.
I raise my son. Yes, sometimes I want to crack, but I understand that it is my powerlessness or inability to explain it intelligently. You must educate yourself, not your children.
