The eternal gender theme:
On very many parameters in women "average level", men are more dispersed. The best driver is a man. The biggest idiot behind the wheel, too. The fastest runner and the longest jump. The biggest turtle.
Among business leaders, most are men. Among the bombers, too.
Nature provides that men are needed for experiments, during which part of them will die, and among the remaining there will be a few supermen, which will insect a crowd of women. And women will be calm, without setting records, living and raising children.
Now the roles in society are somewhat changing, and not everything that is laid down by nature is appropriate in civilization.
