Changes are available

I was waiting for a package from China. I installed the Russian Post app, the number of the app tracked everything and at a certain point sent a notification that I need to go to the nearest department for the shipment. In anticipation of the clock turn and a slide with the grandmothers, I went on my way, but what was my surprise, when in the post office I saw no queues, the electronic line worked, there was silence in the hall and only calm conversations were heard. The staff worked quickly and everyone was treated polite and friendly, and instead of the traditional hour spent 10 minutes. I heard of course that the Post of Russia is being redesigned, but I was pleasantly surprised by such changes.
Sadly, they lost my package.
