The question is when driving in this weather in the summer it (ticket) spoil?

The rubber does not break. Bumpers, capes, radiators and some other parts of a car with summer tyres are usually damaged. Sometimes the driver and passengers are broken. There is still a chance to ruin someone else’s car. Pay for its repair.
:)) and also a portic air, when you press the brake you stumble, and the bumper of the cane is getting closer and closer :))
