I watched a show about animals. There they talked about wild predatory animals that are kept at home. You cannot allow them to be hungry. They need to be constantly fed, or they get angry and start to scratch, and some can even scratch or bite. Observing colleagues at work and comparing their behavior before and after lunch, I observe some analogy.
