An amazing story about the designer and the employer.

It all started with the fact that the owner of the Moscow restaurant "Elements" Jeanne Kim ordered the designer Fatim Masikov design and repair of the restaurant at the key with a budget of 500 thousand. The Euro. Fatima did the job, but in the budget, for some reason, did not fit and demanded from Jeanne another 100 thousand. However, the customer refused to pay, citing the fact that she did not like the design.

Then the designer connected his patrons in the person of Andrei Kochuykov, a veteran of the Solnevsky group, also known as the Italian. Kochuykov and the fighters arrived at the restaurant, where he entered into a dialogue with the owner of the lawyer’s office “Dictatorship of the Law”, a veteran of the 9th department of the KGB (the “Nine”) Eduard Budantsev and his assistants.

The conversation ended with the fact that the personal bodyguard of the Italian and simultaneously the leader of one of the Spartak fan groups Alexei Kitaev broke Budantseva's jaw with a hook with his right. In response, the lawyer got a gun, shot Kitaev and another bodyguard Italian, and he wounded Kochuykov himself seriously. Only the forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who arrived at the meeting as an accompaniment of the Italian, managed to stop the conflict.

After this, the case for the murder of two people was opened against Budantsev and placed under house arrest, and the case for extortion against Kochuykov was opened and placed in the Matrosskaya Silence.

To liberate Kochuykov took his boss Zakhary Kalashov, better known as Shakro the Young - the king of Russian thieves in the law. Kalashov personally came to the Investigative Committee, where he talked with investigators and assured the Italian that he would soon be released, but his offender, Budantsev, awaits a strict and fair trial.

However, as we remember, there are no former KGB employees and the 1st FSB department, which is usually engaged in counterintelligence, was already engaged in Shakro Young. As a result of the operational and search actions, it became known that representatives of Kalashov agreed with representatives of the SC on the release of the Italian for $ 1 million. However, some time after the transaction, the FSB shelters covered both tracks and representatives of Shakro, and then bound the authority itself.

After Kalashov’s arrest, the head of the anti-corruption department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel Zakharchenko, recommended the designer Fatim Mishikova to leave Russia and even facilitated this by using his official position. Following this, with the submission of the FSB, the colonel was already searched at his home, where 8 billion rubles were found, and today the media that Zaharchenko's accounts in Swiss banks found money in the amount of 300 million euros.

I am sure that the story has not yet ended, there, even under the Minister of Internal Affairs, the chair was shaken, but it is remarkable that it began with an absolutely ordinary situation - the customer did not like the design.
