2017 year. I hired a girl, a distant relative of our oldest (at the time of work) employee, to the position of a "trade representative on the allocated price", more simply - "VTP". The contract is great, the salary is high, the payment of everything and everything. I do not want to work.

It is necessary to pay tribute, the first half of the year, the girl stepped up, developed the base, increased the volume of sales, paid money to the box office in time, respectively, and the size of her motivation grew.

Then suddenly there is some failure in her head, she collects a decent amount from counterparties in a couple of days and disappears.



Calls are not answered, all attempts to contact by phone through parents and relatives are in vain. Our security guard went to her parents. I told them the essence of the matter, and very polite, without any pressure, agreed to meet with us in the office and discuss together how and what to do next.



The next day, a call on my phone. A man calls, appears to be the husband of our accident and in an official tone (apparently recording the conversation) warns me that if I do not stop the pursuit of the “innocent” (so he said) girl, which, according to him, I want to “throw and take away”, he will file a statement to the police. I know that the girl has no husband. The questionnaire, a copy of the passport, the contract of mat.responsibility and the acts of verification from the contractors are in our hands. I didn’t talk to him, I polently said goodbye, “OK, we’ll see you in court.”



In fact, it went out. Our lawyer filed an application to the police, the court came with a full package of documents. The party did not come and did not provide a representative, although they were notified by all possible means. Of course, we won the case. We were offered a peace agreement: if the debt is paid in full before the end of the year (in fact it was offered a delay of 4 months) - we will remove the charges, but the girl ignored this offer. A criminal case (the amount dismissed is quite large).

A couple of days after the verdict, a call from her “husband” again: “Here is her address (it calls him), go to her and take the money.”

To my question from the section “why does she not come and give money to the box?” the answer was brilliant: “she does not want to listen to anyone and go anywhere, but she will give you the money.” After consulting with the lawyer, he decided not to go anywhere. This could well be the result of subsequent charges of extortion.



The result – the girl has a postponed prison sentence because of a young child, but will sit anyway. Pay the debt too.



And I have the same question: did she (VTP) do all this? She was born with money (related to construction), she was far from a fool (otherwise I would not have taken a job), her salary was very decent, was always paid on time, without delays, so NACHRENA? What’s missing and what’s going on in the head of such “chucks”? Why ruin your life? I am confused...
