In the United States, a group of citizens expressed their desire to join the Russian Federation. As noted in the publication of the American website Veterans Today, the inhabitants of the country were forced to do so by "corrupt, false and ineffective leadership".

The participants of this group remind that almost 20% of the U.S. — Alaska — is historic Russian territory. It is also possible that the entire west coast of the United States is a historic territory of Russia.
