The inner culture of a person is visible in any case - what in the dress, what in the jeans. Unculture is either dirty, unclean clothes, or frankly tasteless (and a very expensive dress can be tasteless). But even more unculture, by the way, is to cling to a person because of his clothes and discuss his appearance. Cultural people do not really pay attention to such things.
