During the tour in Moscow, in Bolshoi, Herbert von Karajan, wishing to give the sound of the tube as much distance as possible, planted the first trumpet on the gallery. However, at the right moment, instead of a ringing signal, there was a completely inappropriate disturbing sound. The conductor was not confused and gave a sign to the second trumpet in the orchestra, which played the required signal.
