The old man considers this place sacred.
If you come to this lawn, scratch your feet and sing a song, will you also be planted for 2 years? I think hardly. Even if an old man writes a statement to the police about the profanation of a sacred place, he will probably just be sent away.
What is the difference between a place that looks like a temple and an old man’s lawn? Formally they are absolutely equal.
