to this:
This is the situation: we live in a five-storey apartment, a couple years ago a young couple rented an apartment, got a cat, after six months the couple left, and the cat was in the entrance. The beast is unfortunate, they feed all the indifferent, they clean up. The cat periodically sneezes somewhere, but always comes back. In a year, no neighbor has ever been upset by the presence of a cat. A week ago, a new tenant appears in the entrance, a pre-retirement aunt, and this morning there is an ad near the mailboxes with the demand to remove the cat!
I really want to answer her to hang another ad, but to be humorous and not offend her very much. Unfortunately, nothing clear comes to mind. to help?

For example (add to the text):
and polite:
"Cats accepted as conserge without the right to be dismissed..."
The cat is the guardian angel of our home.
Not very much:
The cat lived here before you, and it’s not up to you to decide whether it will stay or not.
The cat lives, it doesn't bother anyone, you remove the cat, I'll start learning to play drums.
Absolutely ignorant :
"Take yourself away better."
"Just try to touch the cat!"
