When we studied biochemistry, we heard many new words such as oxaloacetate, cycloaminotransferase, or phosphoenolpyryuvate carboxynase, and sometimes ridiculous types of properdin. Sometimes such a name hit that it was unclear how to write it.
What our teacher (should be noticed decently carded) always said:
