The Government of the Russian Federation has decided to send in 2015 the funds of insurance contributions to compulsory pension insurance in full to the formation and financing of insurance pension in the distribution component of the pension system. The contributions, which in 2015 were to go to the cumulative component, will increase the pension rights of citizens in the distribution component.
