As a programmer, I will say: if the program does not work as it should, the first thing they do is to remove the unnecessary functions, simplifying the code as much as possible. With legislation the same thing: the simpler and clearer the laws, the more efficient they work.

If people are to understand the laws, then who will need all this wretched superstition? And so - the more confusing and contradictory, the better, because there is no person for whom not crying even a small stature.
