After 15 minutes, the sanitary technicians call (from another nearest telephone) and complain about the phone not working, they are told in response that the room is cold and heating would be very useful. Within an hour, the batteries became warm and the sanitary staff turned on the phone again.
To my question why not first call the sanctuaries and then move to measures, a comprehensive answer was given: if you just call, then there will be 1000 and 1 reason not to do anything (there are no people, the room is closed and Petrovich took the keys, etc.). And at best they will do it in a week, but so they work quickly, otherwise they will have to run with their legs. The method is checked by time.
