Yes, fascists with concentration camps, and chikatiles with knives are just instruments in the hands of God, and nothing more. Of course, it can be answered that with another instrument in the other hand, God has punished the fascist tools and the chitill tools, but then there arises an even more interesting theological question: why does God engage in onanism?
