I’m not an employer, but I have to replace those smart people. The question is not who pays for the hospital, but what specifically I have to work for a pregnant woman. Not only to work for them, but also to fulfill their duties.
that is. I work for myself, for her, and all for one salary.
And then she is like "Oh, well, deduct from the salary," the employer deduces, and she "I am going to the labor inspectorate complaint, you oppress me."
And pleasantly your voice about “...Total three working days a month! What a nightmare!...” Strange mania of greatness, why do you think someone should want to work for you for free for at least an hour?
Why are there so many pregnant women???? to
________
Why not address the employer and not the pregnant woman? Isn’t she forcing you to work for yourself? Again, what pregnant women do you have, once you have to work completely for them, when she is absent for a maximum of three days at work? And nothing that any non-pregnant can take three days without maintenance, and, let’s argue, you won’t scream and don’t notice it at all? So no, I don’t understand why it is such a reflection in pregnant women. You are talking about irresponsible divorces that are not necessarily pregnant at the same time. And pregnant women were probably like that before pregnancy.
And you would write, you personally go to the labor inspectorate for being forced to work free of charge. It is your fault, not your pregnancy.
