In 1920, on the initiative of V.I. Lenin, the State Commission for Electrification of Russia (GOELRO) was created, as a result of which DniproGES was built.
Since April 2016. This station is no longer Lenin’s name. Ukraine said that the station has always been there and Lenin is not involved.
