Once I read on the net, I can't remember either a literary site with publications of stories of young authors, nor the author's name.
The story is written in the first person on behalf of a foolish (or otherwise diagnosed) guy. He writes about everything that happens to him. Looking from the inside, all the emotions, logic, which the ordinary person is not understandable, why he and everyone considers (well he is) a fool. Written very genially.
