"On Seeds and GMOs
In the first - low germination, sharp deterioration of quality, etc., F1 hybrids differ.
Please clarify that not the F1 hybrids, but the seeds of the F1 hybrids (which many unknowingly collect for planting, enjoying the high-quality harvest of these most primary F1 hybrids) lose the properties of the mother plants. That is, the F1 hybrid is, so to speak, a single-use product of breeding, its "descendants" can give an unpredictable harvest, which depends not only on the natural (!) mutation, but also from the progressive dominance of one or another participant in the preliminary selection of the F1 hybrid.
Do not mislead the people))) Again, gene modification and selection are not the same thing.
