There is such a very beautiful animal - Ascydia. This marine vertebrate animal, like humans, relates to the Horde. It has brain structures and spinal cord.
So the peculiarity of ascydia is that it for a long time wandered through the vast ocean and finding a favorable place to live does simply - it eats its brain.
