I will reveal a terrible secret.
It is a work of the epoch when it was fashionable to encrypt something great in children's names (Vladimir Lenin - Vladimir Lenin, Ouschminald - Otto Yulievich Schmidt on the ice).
So, quite normal names for that period: Chuk - Chukotsky Komsomolets, Hek - Hero of Kamchatka. They were born and lived in the Far East. ;)
