My experience of strength sports has been more than 15 years, I am not a champion even sat, but 110 kg in the gym lying can do (I am not a powerlifter, just an example of one exercise to determine more or less my physical status), and yes, my partner is a worker of mental work and I am weaker. I am absolutely indifferent to this fact. It does not stop loving and respecting him. And he, I hope, is me. I’m not embarrassed that when he comes to exercise with me, he lifts less. I’m a fan of sport, and he doesn’t have to share that fascination. I’m willing to pick up a heavier bag along the way from the store and turn off the bottle covers, but he’s higher and the upper shelves of the cabinets are in his competence, and I’m not shy to ask for help.
