Dear friends, once again about the bill, which implies a ban on the mention of nationality, religion and belonging to the peoples of the Russian Federation of persons who have committed crimes - write, the initiative group without a certain nationality has already submitted it to the State Duma.

There is usually only one condition under which the crimes committed are attributed to nationality. And this condition has nothing to do with great-Russian chauvinism, which in principle does not exist, because the Russians are historically unrelated to racial and ethnic hostilities. We have been coupling with class riots for a very long time in the first place - this is our chip, we can do it, we have already proved it to everyone.

As for nationalities, they come to the fore only when their representatives commit a crime not in their home region, but outside it. Nationals do not care at all if a crime is committed by a person at his place of residence and against representatives of his own people - in such cases, yes, he is simply a criminal.

But as soon as a contemporary travels to another country or region, he has an important and noble mission by default – to represent his people and their culture in a new location.

When two bearded young men in a Moscow clothes store under the guise of two debils try to take things by the box, they are without options ambassadors of their ethnicity in Moscow. When three busty young men insult a girl in the subway, and then a three-foot boyfriend, they are also representatives of one particular region in another particular region. This does not mean that their region is bad. This means that the region has dispatched its poorest ambassadors to its neighbors, who ideally should be raised on a short thread until they learn to represent their people in the best way possible.

Please note, dear friends: whenever conflicts become national, there is an elementary division into local and non-local. “Our” and “Our” people.

No normal person will advocate for a Russian if he decides to come to the Caucasus and shoot his naked ass against the backdrop of a mosque. For some reason, we simply won’t mention when the last time Russian tourists in the Caucasus behaved inappropriately and would stumble at the local population in the state of alcoholic intoxication. Or they tried to steal it, and then they would start putting the rights on the camera, like, yes, we were burned on theft, but we don’t have money. But there are reverse examples.

And before discussing the prohibition of mentioning anything in public, I would like to see a regular reaction to the unlawful behavior of fellow tribes when they travel outside their native regions.

And then it turns out that the problem is not that someone is not small, but that someone calls it by name.
