Comrades with legal education, long suffered this question -
We have two twin brothers who are exactly the same.
One witness robbed the store and collapsed.
The second at the same time with witnesses... Well, say, eating at a restaurant.
They are both arrested, both claiming that he was the one who read the poems.
One is definitely guilty, but the other is definitely not.
You can’t plant both, you can’t accidentally either – but how can an innocent man sit down and a criminal walk?
What will the court do? Will he be released because no one has revoked the presumption of innocence?
