For several years I was lucky to work under the direction of the Director, a man of old hardening. He is now over 90 years old, God bless him for many years! During the War he passed accelerated intensive courses of French from scratch, received the highest certification, and in 1945 was the translator of Marshal Zhukov, when the latter de Gaulle presented the highest award of France.
So, the Director often came to us young people to talk about work and life. He once spoke about the four terms of the leader: 1) Learn, 2)
He teaches, 3) suffers, 4) suffers.
Make the conclusions yourself.
