Around 9 a.m. a man comes to vote, with a passport, everything is fine. I voted, I voted and I forgot. But! Two hours later his wife arrives. She receives a ballot, signs up, and asks if it is possible to vote for her husband. We explain that he can’t, even though he has already voted. The woman instantly rounded her eyes, the voice goes into a dangerous whisper: - How did you vote? He has been on a three-day trip to Siberia.
I don't know how the man will be defamed, but such civil responsibility admired the whole commission))))
