The city authorities are already considering the request submitted on June 18 for a rally "Waiting for a bus at the Shcherbinki-II stop".

The purpose of this event is to wait for the bus in the company of unfamiliar citizens and to fulfill the requirements of the new law on rallies, which effectively abolishes Article 31 of the Constitution and violates the general principles of the construction of the legal system of the Russian Federation, allowing criminal punishment for administrative offences.
