It happened a few years ago in Moscow. I worked mostly from home and at the most responsible moment, as it usually happens, the computer crashed and didn’t want to turn on. There was no time to go to a workshop, and how to find it without the Internet? But in the entrance hanged the phones of all kinds of services such as "man for an hour" and "let's turn off the computer quickly".

I call. Getting out of the house is almost free. Maybe 100 rubles. Soon a courteous young man arrives. He quickly decomposes the computer, conducts a diagnosis, finds something overburned, tells me the cost - 500-600 rubles, I agree, he quickly changes and says:
You have a lot of dust here. Is there dust?
Of course there is.
I bring him an ordinary home vacuum cleaner.
In 2-3 minutes, it removes all dust from the inside of the comp and collects it.
I look at him and think, "What a responsible worker, you will find where such - it is necessary to give him money for tea."

After the assembly, he makes some papers, guarantees and extends to me:
- With you 3,600 rubles, - smiles and gives a receipt...
I take it: 600 rubles replacement parts, 3000 rubles cleaning compass!!! to

At first I lost my speech. I stand and flatter. And he smiles so sweetly that even to look at his face is somewhat uncomfortable...
I woke up in a minute and said to him:
Then you have 1,400 rubles.
He is so naive:
Do you have a banknote of 5,000 rubles?
- No, I say, 5000 rubles is the rent of my vacuum cleaner.

Here he for some reason stopped smiling... and 600 rubles was enough for him.
