In January, the rocks in the streets of October reached a height of several meters. Fearing not to cope with the cleaning of the snow, which threatened to flood private houses in the spring, the locals turned to the akimat for help. And, to pay tribute to the officials, they did not refuse help. In the reply clearly stated: "At your appeal on the question of the removal of snow from the street of October, I inform you that the work on cleaning and removal of snow from the above street will be completed until March 15 of this year."

Everything would be nothing, only the letter came to the inhabitants of the street on June 21 – in a 30-degree heat! Moreover, as the recipients found out, the mail here is not at all to blame: the document from the Civil Service Department was sent on June 13.
