On August 6, the Tambovsky UFA of Russia opened a case on signs of violation of the requirements of Part 1 of Article 18 of the Law "On Advertising".
The reason for the initiation of the case was that on August 2, 2013 an e-mail to the Tambovsky UFA of Russia received a promotional offer from the company of LLC "EnergyCenter" on the possibility of purchasing equipment of KIPIA instruments, gas equipment, agricultural equipment, special clothes, etc.
Tambovskoe UFA of Russia did not give consent to receiving advertising from LLC "Energocenter".
