I often meet with Finns at work.
At one of the meetings during the recourse with Finnish colleagues named Yari, Irmeli and Peck, a conversation occurs about accents and slang. We discuss the way our translator talks. And then one of the Finns says: “I generally thought she was Finnka until I heard her strange name Victoria.”
The rest of the day was with a smile.
