The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has demanded that Russia confirm that none of the participants and guests of the 2014 Olympics will be discriminated against on the basis of their sexual orientation or beliefs. In August, IOC chief Jacques Rogge said he was quite satisfied with the guarantees received.
