A student at a medical university examination was given a human bone. The examiner asks: "How many bones do you have?". The student said five. The examiner said, “It’s wrong, you only have two hip bones.”
But the student was right. Why is?

The student was right because she was pregnant, and it turns out her bones had two, another two baby bones in her belly, and plus one bone she held in her hand.

Oh, she has only one leg (or on the other hip prosthesis), she is pregnant with a twin. No other bone at all.
