There is a mouse in the scanner, you need help with the extraction.
The decision:
Exit to place. According to the user, the mouse visually appeared twice in the paper compartment and hid inside the MFU.
When inspecting the MFU, the mouse was found in the cartridge compartment. After removing the cartridge, the mouse escaped from the MFU and disappeared. The cat in the room did not react.
MFI is normal.
